Our BattleFit 720 Fitness program is designed to take you to the next level, physically, mentally, and tactically. Our small group classes consist of a high intensity workout built on functional fitness with a tactical edge, with focus on preparing you for the potential battles in everyday life. Our 1-hour classes include elements of fitness, self-defense, first aid, situational awareness, tactics, and fundamentals of marksmanship, utilizing non-lethal training guns and virtual live fire ranges.
