BASIC PISTOL FUNDAMENTALS OF MARKSMANSHIP

Our Basic Pistol Fundamentals of Marksmanship Course is designed for the student with limited experience or is just in need of a refresher course. 

In this three hour block of training, we will focus on the basic fundamentals of marksmanship: Stance, Grip, Sight Alignment, Sight Picture, Trigger Control, Breathing and Follow Through.  

The course will include SIRT laser training guns, personal handguns for dry fire (MANTIS laser training system and snap caps), virtual live fire training system and UTM Simunition guns (Glock 19) for “live fire” type shooting. Simunition guns are designed for the most realistic training with a gun without using live rounds.

What will I need for this course?

Please bring your personal home defense pistol or your every day carry. If you do not own one, please let us know in advance.
